Free domestic tracked shipping in Australia for all orders.
- Deliveries are between 4-7 business days from fulfillment.
- We try our best to ensure that shipping times is as fast as possible, but please take into consideration of any potential delays that could happen due to unforeseen events.
- International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on location.
- We aim to fulfil your order on the same day. If you order Friday night or on the weekends, we will fulfil your order on Monday morning.
- If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit Sendle/AusPost support depending on the courier and provide them with your tracking number.
- Mastiha Tears is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier.
